3. Carefully review the Memorandum.
4. Read the Partnership Agreement.
5. Complete the Subscription Agreement (date, units, capital contribution).
6. Execute the "Counterpart" Subscription Agreement. 7. Proceed with steps 1 through 6. Then make your reservation now to insure your space. Your reservation will be logged and a reservation transaction receipt will be furnished to you via email.
You send no documents! However for your records, simply save your completed Subscription Agreement documents with your reservation transaction receipt in your folder.
