Gray Writer, Principal of StablesOnline.com Inc.

StablesOnline.com Inc is a professional management company. Its business and service is to form a limited liability partnership to acquire seven Thoroughbred horses and subsequently to manage the racing careers of these racehorses for the benefit of the partners. Simple. Honest. Classic. StablesOnline.com and its principal currently provide an opportunity to participate as a co-owner in the great sport of Thoroughbred horse racing for enjoyment and potential of profit, worldwide (United States of America).

So what in the world is all this about?

Well…Thoroughbred horse racing is a worldwide sport and industry that involve the breeding and racing of Thoroughbred horses.

BREEDING for what is elegance by virtue of fineness of manner and expression, RACING for what is the sport of engaging in contests of speed.

Traditionally, racehorses have been owned by very wealthy individuals, however it has become increasingly common in the last few decades for horses to be owned by syndicates or partnerships. Resulting the arrival of StablesOnline.com modern ‘Interactive' Thoroughbred racing partnerships.

Gray Writer provides an opportunity to participate as a co-owner in the sport of Thoroughbred horse racing for enjoyment and potential of profit.

Historically, most racehorses were bred and raced by their owners. Although now days a substantial portion of Thoroughbreds are sold by their breeders at public auction; and, subsequently purchased and raced in partnership.

Once you've glimpsed the vision, never settle for less!

Big deal! So what’s the advantage of a partnership?

Whoa! It’s pointless to shy from a new lease on life since a partnership places the investor in a more favorable position. Of course it’s important to simply like horses. Certainly from that point we can make progress.

For instance, Thoroughbred investments involve risk and the partnership format inherently spreads that risk among its investors. The investors pooling together their assets are able to participate at a higher level of quality than an individual with a separate account. The management then has the capability to assess markets for value, select outstanding quality assets for the partnership and engage the services of top agents, farms, trainers and veterinarians for the partnership and its horses…giddy-up hoss!

Moving on, there is the Travel. Social element. View training. View racing. Turf club. Paddock. Winner circle. All of which are part of the racing partnership experience. Nevertheless the price can include a reasonable chance of return on investment…so yea, lot’s of fun too!

Ok! So what about the Market? Competition? Statistics?

StablesOnline.com perception of the Market is simply that good Thoroughbred horses continue to be in demand.

StablesOnline.com is not without Competition. The Thoroughbred racing industry offers other partnership entities. However, StablesOnline.com concept is clearly a unique, online, interactive, global entity - unlike any other.

Statistics reveal Thoroughbred horses purchased at auction for a sales price at or very near USD250k have earned the highest average amount of winning purse dollars. In some schools of thought an entirely arbitrary finding. All the same, StablesOnline.com purchase allocation for each yearling colt indeed is USD250k.

Still, StablesOnline.com report to having any figures (financial history or forecasts) can comfortably suggest accordingly, that with the potential of profit, there is significant risk. No estimate can be made as to whether or when a partner investing in the partnership might receive a cash distribution from the partnership. Reportedly, the 2000 Kentucky Derby winner Fusaichi Pegasus was syndicated for a record USD60m. In 2008, Big Brown reportedly syndicated for USD50m.

Attractive! What is the vision?

StablesOnline.com vision (short term and long term goals) is for the partners to enjoy racing colts at premier racetracks nationally and/or internationally for the purpose of creating major stallion prospects. In today's stallion market a top major stakes winning colt can be worth USD20m to USD25m, or more.

What particular strengths posses StablesOnline.com?

StablesOnline.com strengths come from its 'principal' Gray Writer with his many years of experience in the industry and from its ‘partner’ John Fulton, John Fulton Bloodstock Agent a long time friend, assistant, consultant and representative who is currently involved for over thirty-five years in the racing industry as a trainer, owner, breeder and bloodstock agent; who has trained and purchased Grade I winners and is a representative at all major domestic and international sales.

Team StablesOnline.com will consist of professional agents and veterinarians who shall be involved in the selection and purchasing process of each horse and include experienced professional management in arranging, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating all of the operations in the horses' careers. Further, StablesOnline.com will retain the services of appropriate leading trainers for horses determined to be best suited for national and/or international racing.

Ok! Since you ask, I will be candid with no intention to put feathers in my hat. Beginning 1960 to 1988 my business ‘partnership’ involvement was in the real estate industry either as sole proprietor, 'general partner’ or ‘limited partner’. This activity included residential home development and sales; Gray Writer builder and designer in Aspen, Breckenridge, Denver and Englewood, Colorado; and, Writer Homes in Aurora, Colorado.

Commercial property development and management in Denver, Colorado comprised Writers' Manor Hotel and Restaurant, Writers' Kearney Motel and Restaurant, Writers' Cottage Motel, Writers' Center office building's I, II, III, IV and V, Writers' Tower office building, the Buick Building, Celebrity Sports Center; and, Writers' Athletic and Fitness Club.

My initial horse interest began as a youngster where on my fathers Colorado farm I was given my first pony. The pony connection consequently attracted an irresistible move toward hunters and jumpers. Subsequently between 1962 and 1976 the horse interest progressed directly into the Thoroughbred industry either as owner or general partner. The Thoroughbred activity included buying, training, racing and selling Thoroughbred horses at Centennial racetrack in Denver, Colorado; Pikes Peak Meadows racetrack in Colorado Springs, Colorado and Aksarben racetrack in Omaha, Nebraska.

Between 1977 and 1989, I developed, owned and operated Tether Ring Farm in Santa Ynez, California from where I purchased, trained, raced and sold Thoroughbred horses in California, Kentucky and New York.

In due course I expanded business involvement into Montevideo, Uruguay in 1989; and into Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994, and subsequently entered the South American Thoroughbred industry as an owner and breeder, specifically Tether Ring Farm and WriFul Farm. Sometime after the turn of the century and presently noticeable materialized the 'creation' of StablesOnline.com Interactive Thoroughbred Racing Partnerships.
